SHELBORNE DIRECT OCEANFRONT RESORT – The property is Oceanfront with direct beach access and has a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Our most popular 6 Bedroom Art Deco – & Metropolitan Deluxe Lock-Out Condos in the Shelborne South Beach have Kitchen Bars with seating and modern appliances, 6 bedrooms, 2 baths and is approximately 1000 square feet all together sleeping up to 16 people (two of the largest type suites in Shelborne approx. 500sf each). There are 2 private entrances to the bathrooms that gives privacy. The condos have a partial city view and a glimpse of ocean view, tucked away from any night club noise of Collins Ave. The 2 condos are only about 25 steps apart from each other separated by a set of stairs (2 floors).
Shelborne is a condo-hotel where all units are individually owned and some owners leave their unit in the hotel rental pool and others rent out themselves. We manage our own units to give you more value, luxurious interiors with lots of upgrades and to give you more space for your money. All guests and residents at the Shelborne have full access to all resort facilities such as pool, Jacuzzis, café, restaurants and bars. The condos are located on one of the higher floors tucked away from any night club or street noise of Collins Ave. As you can see on the floor plans in the photo gallery, the biggest room is in the back with a view over the city and glimpse of the ocean and the first 2 rooms are smaller in size partitioned off with 7 foot walls to give it a more open floor plan feel and with glass block wall accents in lieu of windows to brighten up rooms with a classic Art Deco interior design feel. There are 2 private entrances to the bathrooms including one from the hallway to give all guests added privacy. As a guest in our condos you have full use of all resort amenities just like a hotel guest and best of all you do not have to pay any resort fees like other regular hotel guests have to do. You get the best of both worlds, private condos with full resort hotel amenities and services.

This location is right on the beach right next door famous SKY bar & Delano designed by Philip Starck and owned by famous Ian Schregger (from NY Studio 54). Enjoy a full service upscale condo-hotel with 24h security. You also have a door man to greet and open the door for you on daily basis. There are 4 elevators, bars, restaurant, Café, Jr Olympic size swimming pool, Jacuzzi and private beach access at your convenience. Our unit is in the heart of South Beach where you can walk to just about everything without having to take a taxi. Within about 100 yards you have the world’s most famous restaurant & lounges.
You do not need a car in South Beach! You can walk to most places, cabs are all over and the Public transportation is very inexpensive and available almost everywhere. There are several Bike, Scooter, Car rental companies within walking distance from where you are staying. There is FREE parking about 7 blocks away on Alton Road & 21st street. Metered Parking right outside on 18th street only in effect from around 9:00 am to 12 midnight. If you decide to just park and not pay, the maximum daily fee you would be charged is an $18 ticket and you will normally not be ticked more than $18 per unless you move your car to another location. Normally you get 2-3 tickets in a week so we recommend you consider this a parking fee. Parking Lot 4 blocks away for about $10/day (Washington/17th Street) VALET parking at Townhouse and a Garage about 1 block away for about $25/day. Car rental company and tourist office is also located across the street from the property.
